content.  Vines are 40 years old, situated between Volnay and
Meursault.

Wine:  Mineral and powerful.  Great aging potential.
Vineyard:  Vines situated in the center of the Meursault
appellation.

Vineyard:  5 Meursault parcels, organically grown, on a clayey,
chalky hillside.

Varietal:  100% Chardonnay.

Vinification:  36 hours of sediment settling.  Aged 18 months in
barrels (1/6 are new).

Wine:  Delicate but strong aromas.  Aging potential of 10 years.  
Decant when young.
Vineyard:  South-East exposition.  Chalky and rocky soil on very
sloped hillside.

Varietal:  100% Pinot.

Vinification:  Traditional method, during 4 weeks.  Breaking up of
the cap during fermentation.  Pigment and aroma extraction through
remontage (pumping over).  50% newoak barrels.  Non-filtered.

Vin:  Delicate and fruity.  Soft tannins.  Can be enjoyed young but
with a 10 year aging potential.  Decant when young.
Vineyard:  South/South-East exposition Sud.  Chalky soil with iron
content.

Varietal: 100% Pinot.

Vinification:  30 days of fermentation.  Thermo – regulation.  
Aged 18 months in oak barrels.

Wine:  All the strength of a Pommard but with great finesse.  Drink
within 10 years.      
Vineyard:  South-East exposition.  Sloped hillside with chalky and
rocky soil.

Varietal:  100% Pinot.

Vinification:  Traditional method, during 3 weeks. Breaking up of
the cap during fermentation. Pigment and aroma extraction through

Vineyard:  Vines are 25 years old, situated in Meursault, adjacent
to the Meursault appellation.  Flat, clayey-chalky and gravelly soil.

Varietal:  100% Chardonnay.  Organically grown.

Vinification:  50% new oak barrels.  Duration: 11 months.

Wine:  Very aromatic an well balanced. Drink young.
Vineyard:  Vines are 30 years old, situated downward from
Pommard.  Flat land with gravely soil.

Varietal:  100% Pinot

Vinification:  Four weeks of traditional vinification.  Full
punchdown of the cap.  Aged 11 months in oak barrels.  
Non-filtered.

Wine:  Delicate and aromatic, for everyday use with a 10 year
aging potential.
Vineyard:  Vines situated north of Meursault.  Southern expostion.
Sloped, chalky and rocky soil.

Varietal:  100% Chardonnay.

Vinification:  Aged 11 months in oak barrels (1/3 are new).  
Frequent batonnage and stirring.

Wine:  Mineral and airy, fruity and fresh.  A 10 year aging
potential.
Vineyard:  South/South-East exposition.  Chalky soil with iron
content.

Varietal:  100% Pinot.

Vinification:  30 days of fermentation.  Thermo – regulation.  
Aged 18 months in oak barrels.

Wine:  All the Volnay finesse with a great body.  Drink within 10
years.
