| History: I took over after my father two decades ago. In the last five years, I have changed many things in my perception of wine. Maybe it is the maturity that comes with age? The family Domain is still cultivated without fertilizers nor weedkillers and in this frame of mind I've transformed my approach to wine making. What I look for in life is one simple thing: Purity. My wines have to be good young and become more exquisite with time. That's why I want to go to what's most important: Pleasure. |
